Cold rolling technology is a method of rolling steel or stainless steel metals at room temperature rather than heating them to 1100 degrees Celsius. Steel can be shaped by rolling it through rollers at room temperature.
The cold rolled stainless steel plate has a smooth surface, high plasticity, toughness, and mechanical strength, and is corrosion resistant to acids, alkaline gases, solutions, and other media. It is an alloy steel that is resistant to rust but not completely rust-free.
Various typical applications include pulp and paper equipment heat exchangers, mechanical equipment, dyeing equipment, film processing equipment, pipelines, exterior materials for coastal buildings, and so on.

Propertities of Stainless Steel Plate Sheet
Corrosion protection
Stainless steel has the same general corrosion resistance as the unstable Nichrome 304. Prolonged heating in the chromium carbide degree range may affect Alloys 321 and 347 in harsh corrosive media. Mainly used in high temperature applications where the material must be resistant to sensitization to prevent intergranular corrosion at lower temperatures.
Resistance to oxidation at high temperatures
Although stainless steel plates are all resistant to high temperature oxidation, the rate of oxidation is affected by inherent factors such as exposure environment and product form.
